Cow escapes from the showground and goes on a suburban adventure

A cow managed to escape from its enclosure at the showground in Watson just before the Canberra Show opening on Friday, February 23.

The bovine caused quite a stir as it ran through the suburban streets of Watson, surprising residents and creating a humorous scene.

Local authorities were promptly notified and efforts were made to safely corral the cow and guide it back to the showground.
